  2. Independent and Interdependent Research on Job Related Issues: The learner will conduct research on a specific job-related issue, such as the impact of remote work on employee engagement. They will need to present their findings to their peers and engage in discussions to deepen their understanding.

  3. Written Report on Job Related Issues: The learner will prepare a written report on a job-related issue within their workplace. This report should include an analysis of the issue, potential solutions, and recommendations for implementation.

  4. Compilation of Human Resource Management Policies: The learner will compile a set of human resource management policies relevant to their work and organizational context. These policies should cover areas such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

  5. Report on Psychometric Results: The learner will analyze and interpret the results of psychometric tests administered in a simulated assessment. They will need to explain how the information obtained from these tests can be applied to improve individual and team performance.

  6. Script Writing According to Set Standards: The learner will write a script following specific standards, such as formatting guidelines and language requirements. This script could be for a training session, a presentation, or a role-playing scenario.
