Purpose and Rationale

Purpose: The Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree is a one-year program designed to enhance leadership capabilities in managers within the commercial sector. By focusing on improving management and leadership practices, this degree is tailored for individuals currently in or aspiring to hold managerial roles in commercial institutions. Through coursework in Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, and Financial Management, as well as conducting business research, learners develop integrated functional and reflective competencies in general management. Upon completion, Bachelor of Commerce Honours graduates will be able to:
