Purpose and Rationale

Objectives of Administration Training

    The training aims to familiarize candidates with the various activities that fall under administration.

  3. Interpretation of Government Policies
    Candidates will be trained to interpret governmental policies to ensure their efficient implementation by public officials.

  4. Ethical Skills Development
    Ethical skills will be instilled in candidates to ensure effective and ethical service delivery.

  5. Building Future Public Managers
    The training aims to prepare candidates to become competent public managers in the future by providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Outcomes

  1. Ability to perform administrative functions effectively.
