The qualification aims to:
Provide learners with a sound statistical basis for higher-level studies in abstract statistics, including advanced probability theory, statistical inference, non-parametric and categorical statistics, experimental design and analysis of variance, time series, demographic methods, and statistical quality control.
Offer a deeper understanding of advanced theoretical statistical concepts and their properties to learners.
Equip learners with the skills necessary to solve complex statistical problems effectively.

Integrated Assessment:
The integrated assessment for this course will be a combination of continuous assessment methods. This will include:
Written Examinations: There will be written exams at the end of each module to assess the students' understanding of the course material.
Written Tests and Project Work: Throughout the semester, students will also have regular written tests to gauge their comprehension of the topics covered. Additionally, there will be research projects assigned to students to encourage independent learning and critical thinking skills.
