The purpose of the qualification is to produce a graduate who is professionally and academically qualified in two or more of the areas of performance or media specialisation:
The qualification is designed to enhance the career of the graduate by equipping them with specialist knowledge in the above areas of performance or media studies. By acquiring expertise in multiple specializations, graduates will be able to demonstrate a high level of proficiency and understanding in their chosen fields.
Furthermore, the qualification aims to produce graduates who can make significant contributions to the economy and social well-being through Arts and Culture. By fostering a deep understanding of performance and media studies, graduates will have the skills and knowledge to positively impact the arts and cultural sector, contributing to its growth and development.
In summary, the qualification seeks to create well-rounded professionals who are capable of excelling in various performance and media-related roles, while also making meaningful contributions to the arts and cultural landscape.
