The purpose of the qualification is to provide a high standard of education in Medical Physics, producing quality learners with key academic and translational skills. These skills enable learners to contribute effectively to the field of Medical Science. The qualification aims to equip scientists with the necessary knowledge, understanding, and proficiencies to deliver and enhance a quality, accredited Medical Physics service. This includes relevant tests that apply physics concepts, theories, and methods to medicine and healthcare.
