Law, Military Science and Security - Justice in Society
The Bachelor of Laws Degree aims to foster transformative constitutionalism, enabling students to think critically, understand the constitution's impact on law development, promote social justice, and uphold ethical legal practice. It also seeks to situate local events within a global context. This qualification equips students with theoretical knowledge, professional skills, and methodologies necessary for legal practice and justice administration in the South African Constitutional State. Graduates will be socially conscious, skilled, knowledgeable, and value-driven citizens.
The qualification prepares students for postgraduate studies and lifelong professional development, enabling them to demonstrate initiative and adaptability in legal contexts.
